came back to this madness....
My parents came into town to celebrate the kids birthdays so we did the Tulip Festival (we went three times but did were four names short on the scavenger hunt! next year!)
the kids got their annual fourth of july outfits from Astrid!!! So cute!
Brownies and Graeters, since even though Landon does not like ice cream, he was born in Ohio so Graeters will always be a part of their birthday celebration!
TRIPLE
BIRTH
DAYS
Yes she is now my only child who will willingly pose for pictures. ;(Dinner with my parents and the newlyweds!
Some really nice days for little d to play soccer (his season lasted one month, the month previous he did basketball and the one after this he will do baseball)
no idea why this picture was taken, but I am sure it was for a good reason (and how was that over a month ago?!)
Post Birthday, Old Navy "nothing fits anymore" shopping spree
Costco cake for their actual birthdays... I need to remind myself to invite more people when I get a cake like this because there were SO many leftovers....
Not a birthday boy but he still gets new clothes and occasionally toys when the twins and A have their birthdays! (not that he ever remembers...)
ALL MY KIDS ARE GETTING SPRINKLED WITH FRECKLES and I can't even stand it they are so cute. Lan and little D are getting a little tan, Little A and Lan are getting the most freckles and Little d and Lo have just a smattering of freckles but they are so stinking adorable.
Party Chaos: Boys
Party Chaos: Girls
Drew started playing softball which has been pretty fun when it's not freezing. Can't believe I have been watching this guy play sports for over a decade! He's amazing and so talented.
Barn Visit because horse rides and baby animals!
LOVE
New helmets
one of like two times we went swimming indoors this spring (too cold!)
birthday donuts with friends!
inseparable. and also capable of opening any doors now so lots of seek and finding these crazies!
birthday finds from the twinners
As soon as we finished having my family over from out of town and the birthday celebrations were over, Grandpa Phil passed away so we had a whole new slew of family (other side) coming into town for the funeral and staying for Graduation week too.
Grandpa Phil Memorabilia
Then we went right from the funeral stuff to little d's baseball game and then more stuff that weekend... it's been a long couple of months
typical.
(this is more tulip festival if you couldn't tell)
Drew and I got to see AVENGERS INFINITY WAR and it was awesome.
Kevs Turned 10 YEARS OLD (sorry, buddy, but little A still doesn't have a 5 year old update!)
we celebrated Nat's upcoming baby boy (and our first nephew/cousin!)
went to church a few times, helped Keely with a dance project on pollution (I think?)
went out for an anniversary dinner (cheesecake with all 4 kids... it wasn't terrible :p)
destroyed a couple pairs of shoes while wiggle car-ing
more of D's soccer games
little d lost two of his top teeth (up to 4 now!)
Lo started on the online prek that A has been doing for the last 9 months and Little A went to her Kinder orientation! She's so excited (poor thing doesn't know she will have to have a red white and blue dress code next year...no pink!)
Wiggle cars plus my kids outgrowing the fast running shoes they have had for almost a year!
Little d did so well on his class performance this year!
I took him to see AVENGERS right after I broke the news that he would be going to a new school next year (the charter school down the street)
Twin's room got an upgrade!!!
And now I have to figure out what to do about her room.... or bed...
WE GOT BLINDS!
It's life changing in the kitchen to not have the sun in my eyes all morning! Our neighbors came over and installed it and its been the best part of my month!and the twins got new fast running shoes from grandparents this week. Now we are all caught up!
