Today is the day I became an official DIYer

After two years with the worst faucet in the history of mankind (and the water damage to prove it!!) we went from this disgusting piece of junk: (the sprayer which we have NEVER been able to work since we moved in!)

To this (below) in approximately 2.5 hours. To be fair, I should have only taken an hour but the stupid original faucet took me over 90 minutes to get out. Good riddance!!! New backsplash, faucet and garbage disposal all over the course of the last few months. While I didn't do the garbage disposal myself, I can say that I easily saved us a few hundred dollars! It's spot resistant stainless steel AND the main part pulls out into a sprayer!!

I bet Drew didn't know he married a plumber almost 10 years ago! Ha!! Thank goodness for Moen's good instructions, a couple checks on stuff online, and some good old intuition!
