GREEN is for GECKO: Littlest Lo is one month away from 3 YEARS OLD!

Some days I feel like Lo is making up for sleeping away half the first year of his life (Which I desperately needed BTW!) by being probably my most photogenic child as of late...meaning he is not running away from me or looking away as soon as I take out my phone!
Lo is still so obsessed with his SUPERHEROES. In case you're keeping track... ALL THE GUYS, DC and Marvel combined (he asked while we watched Iron Man the other day when Batman was going to show up...ha!). He still insists he loves tigers because Lan loves Pandas and even started requesting two of these muslin blankets he has had since he was a baby to have in his bed with him just like Lan's blankies. His favorite person hands-down is my brother in law McKay. He is OBSESSED with him and when he is around he either needs to be holding hands or sitting on his lap or talking to him at all times! It cracks me up. Those two are the cutest little skinny kindred spirits!
Lo still outeats most of his siblings in quantity and variety especially. He loves trying new things, "What that?" "Me twy summa dat?" He loves running "fast like the flash" and even fell in the mud and flipped over, headfirst into the street. He still randomly complains about his neck hurting and I have no idea what triggers it so I was SO worried but overall he seems to have recovered quickly.
Lo is my third arm in the kitchen, He cannot stand the thought of not helping me in the kitchen! I can even give him a cleaning assignment and he is setting the example for his big siblings. I am so proud of him and how even as the family baby he manages to be a real leader. His favorite job is strawberry cutter because he sneaks a few to himself and Lan as he is working!
 The most beautiful smile!

I just can't get over how handsome he is!

This boy has no fear. While he still will randomly ask me to hold him, he saw Cosmo at the baseball game and immediately wanted to take a picture with him. The rest of the game he called out to him every time he passed!
Potty training came a little slower for this guy and we are still working on it but overall he got it after about a month of accidents and pullups and putting him in diapers a lot of the time because... so. many. accidents. But he was valiant and really pushed potty training and this past week it clicked and I cannot tell him how proud I am of him. He is such a big kid in so many ways, he is so mature. I told him I was leaving on a plane and asked him if he would take care of Lan and he said "Okay sure mommy!" These boys are each other's biggest fans and friends and protectors and while they do still fight, they love each other so much it makes my heart burst.
The three amigos... since we moved to Utah, we have had this darling neighbor boy, six months younger than the twins, playing with them and to be honest up until just a couple of months ago they were only together when their sisters were playing but as of late they are back and forth between each others houses all day long, calling each other's names and playing so well like little boys do (AKA lots of wrestling!).
They all influence each other (sometimes for the good sometimes for the worst, haha!)
Lo is the sweetest helper, who while he is the youngest is always doing things to act so grown up and help me out (which i LOVE!). He is proactive and the first to tell me he will help me unload the dishwasher or clean the table or clean kevins litterbox. I am so blessed to have him in my life, with all his loves of animals and especially lizards snakes (just not the rainbow ones!) and geckos and tigers of course!
I love that these two can be so different and yet so inseparable. It is hard to put Lan to nap about 10 mins before Lo because he will cry for his brother... they are truly best friends.
Seriously such a sweet smart boy... he will ask just like big sister how to spell something and will jot down some scribbles when I tell him. He loves sitting next to little A while she does her prek and will ask you to read books all day if you let him. I love my littlest LO!
